Edge of the Forest Motel cares about our environment and uses –

Who gives a Crap toilet paper (Donates 50% of their profits)
We operate with a strong focus on energy efficiency and waste reduction. The property uses solar power generated for on‑site laundry during the day, with efficient heat‑exchange dryers for towels and line‑dried sheets. Heating and cooling are provided by modern inverter air conditioners, supported by upgraded roof insulation and acoustic glass windows for comfort year‑round. LED lighting is installed throughout.
Hot water is supplied by an instant gas system with electric storage timed to operate during the day when solar power is available. Great showers with hot water all the time.
We minimise waste by using reusable, refillable amenities (no single‑use products except soap) and a dedicated recycling where containers are sorted and 10c refunds are donated to a local charity.
Bespoke, locally made room furnishings and New Local Photographer Art works.

King Garden Triple Room
Our Two King Garden Triple Rooms are located at the rear of the Motel, overlooking the guest garden and Barbeque area.
These air-conditioned rooms are 23㎡ with 1 King & 1 Single Bed, Smart TV, table & chairs. Extra warm, doonas are on and extra blankets in the room.
Locally made bespoke furnishings and New stunning art works by Russell Ord
Kitchenette with mini Bar Fridge, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Crockery, Cutlery, Tea & Coffee .
Ensuite with heat lamps, hairdryer & toiletries.
Located at the rear of the Motel

Winter super warm doonas are on the beds, as the nights are still cooler. Extra blankets are in the room.
